Monday's Haul. Beavers/Geat Blue Heron/Sandhill Cranes/Gulls
At dawn these two were discussing their nights work.
I listened to their "talk". A gentle, kitten-like mewing.
and further on down the path watched this one dredging up old weed covered chunks of wood for the dam,
Meanwhile back at the lodge, 2 Ring Beaked Gulls provide the audience.
On the way to the Wetlands I was overtaken and passed by a Great Blue Heron.
and at the Wetlands (McCarthy Lake road) watched this pair of Sand-hill Cranes feeding.
