Fox, Ducklngs, Fox and other assortments.

This is the mother of the 8 kits getting the family rations.
That's-a one speecy meat-a-ball
actually it's frozen. She is trying to take two back to the gang but can only fit one in. So had to make 6 trips for them all.
Meanwhile, a Herring Gull checks out an offering to the foxes, of chicken bits/bones

Mother Wood-Duck tries to mislead me with a broken wing act.
She made a real commotion as she abandoned her ducklings and flopped/flapped 50m meters away.                                        Little did she know that had she not made a fuss I likely would not have noticed them. I was looking in the other direction.
what she left behind.

This is an update on this goose group first posted a week ago.
Mallard young chasing after the mother.

Caught up.

On a Mullien

And last:
Another Fox family. The poor mother of 3  is also suffering an eye injury.
Serious eye problem.

Not sure if he likes then taste.

Yearling Bear

Came to scrounge a meal from the Fox Family. But didn't get to share the weenies (previous post)
Thinking "Friend or Foe?"

Looks are deceiving. It's less than a meter tall

Smells OK

YUM!

And here we have  a bear doing what bears in the woods do.           Is that look of  relief or contentment?

Just to add a bit of colour.
