More Eagles and a Pileated Woodpecker at Home

4 Eagles.
One I estimate is in its 5th year and the others, 4th year.
I think this one is in its 5th year judging by the white on tail and some on the head

Pileated Woodpecker busy hollowing out a utility pole. Kept disappearing down the hole then I could hear it hammering/chiselling away.
Would then emerge to drop the shavings and chips. Tokk a second or two to look around each time. Looking for a mate maybe?

Alien Crop Circle? ans other stuff

It is about one meter in diameter.
Note the "mouse" tracks bottom left of the circle. Almost appears as if the mouse hitched up to the weed and pulled it around and around. Real answer is the wind spun it.

Next: Young Bald Eagle being harassed by a crow or raven. Note the difference in size.
and here the assassin breaks off the attack
