End of the King-Bird Tale, and other Wet things

At 7 AM Monday.
Things were getting crowded. Nest too small.

 

1st brave soul ventures out.

they still need feeding.

Then at 5:30 PM Monday, every body was out.

and finally at 7:30:
Watching them fly off.




The Mallard 1 + 7 passing the Beaver Lodge.

A Wood Duck resting/grooming.

and re-entering the water.

And for good measure, A Great Blue Heron came by and posed.

and fluffed up a bit.

Actually I caught him in mid shake.
