After a summer of rehabilitation
or in the case of the 4th & 5th being raised, by WILD at HEART.
The transfer of the 6. |
looking for the latch |
Arriving at the 1st release location for the first group of 4.
South of the city
Not too sure they want to be free after-all |
But sniffing the fresh air made a difference |
Being familiar with the inside they want to see it from a different angle |
removing the carriers |
This one hated to see us go and had to be convinced to re-join the other 3 |
This next picture is of the last 2 at the time of their discovery/rescue hiding beside their dead mother.
Arrival at 2nd release site North of the city
These 2 had a bit of a reputation for being feisty. Was evident at the original rescue where the one fought off being picked up. Taking no chances here |
But it turned out they were docile and friendly |
in fact, this one also wanted go home with us and had to be coaxed into staying with its sibling. |
Off into the sunset |
