No Bulls in evidence (yet) |
Feeling
sorry for our crippled, one eyed Vixen I took a few scraps of meat out.
She was nowhere to be seen today but here were 2 young ones I had never
seen before.
Larger one, presumably a male was not prepared to share |
Female waiting patiently |
Then approached cautiously from ther rear |
Only to get a whupping |
scooted down the road but made a tight "U" turn |
Crept back and finally got to eat when the male had enough. |
Female Mallard dining out |
2 female woodies |
When Rio Algom hired Trappers to reduce the beaver population the were far too successful. The whole colony was decimated. Last beaver I saw was in late July.
However it would appear there is a new man-in-town. Came to repopulate Sheriff Creek Cattail marsh.
Autumn comes to Sheriff Creek
